The story of Bauer Brothers Salvage.
Bauer Brothers Salvage Inc. has been a family owned and operated business since 1960! Chuck, Jeff & Russ are the three brothers that took over the business from their father Herman Bauer in the 1970’s. Our family and a team of strong men and women carefully deconstructed residential apartments and homes and other structures prior to them being completely demolished and nearly erased from history.
We are a retail store now, we do not deconstruct, salvage or demolish. On rare occasions we may add something to our inventory if we think it is necessary. Our warehouse is 93,000 square feet. Boasting the Region’s largest inventory of reclaimed building materials! Our building is overflowing with so many different kinds of interior and exterior doors, windows and built-in cabinets that are ready to be picked through and repurposed.
Come on in, and take a look for yourself. We’ve worked hard to put items in our online catalog check back here as often as you’d like. As much as we would really like to showcase everything that we have in-store on our website, it is a difficult task to accomplish because we have collected so much over the years. In hindsight, we could have done things differently to prepare for this modern age.
